PhysioHealth have introduced a service specifically for swimmers. We call it Swimlates! 

It is basically Pilates for Swimmers using our pilates reformers to help increase their strength and endurance in the key muscle groups used in swimming. Our first group of swimmers to complete 4 weeks of Swimlates experienced an average of 20% increase in push-ups, scapula push-ups and prone holds. These averages were from taken from 10 swimmers over 4 weeks.

Swimlates helps to work the core, which in turns can assist in better body position in the water and therefore faster times!!
