Andy’s Half Iron Man Challenge Week 8

Andy sits down with Cory Prout from Physiohealth to discuss some tightness in his ITB. Andy is into Week 8 of his prep for Challenge Melbourne in February. Andy hasn't had any troubles with training but has noticed a bit of tightness in his left ITB. This is common when people increase volume - tightness along lateral sides of the thighs from cycling and running. Cory shows how to use a foam roller and spikey ball to relieve some of the tension in the lateral part of the thigh muslce.
