Andy’s Half Iron Man Challenge Week 7

Andy is into week 7 of his training program - nearly half way! This week he is having a chat with Mat Tippett from ETPA. Andy survived (only just) his first big volume period. Week 6 saw Andy fall just shy of 20 hours training in one week. We'd be feeling destroyed as well! The issues he had initially have settled down and his body is behaving (for now). Regular massage and physio treatment has kept him in shape so far. Andy has about a 10 day recovery period before he goes up to the top end of his abilities again. The next four weeks will be interesting - lets hope Andy is still smiling in 4 weeks.
