Andy's Half Iron Man 16 week challenge has began. Mat Tippett from ETPA sits down with Andy and talks about what is coming up in his first two weeks of training. Andy started week 1 off with the Melbourne half marathon - he seems to be on the right track. Andy's first two week phase of training can be found here on the ETPA website - he's got some early starts coming up but we think he's up to the task.
