Amelia’s 10 km in 10 weeks – Week 2

In this video Cory takes a look at Amelia’s running technique and identifies area that she may be able to make adjustment to reduce her risk of injury as well as increase her efficiency. Amelia will need these tips if she wants to achieve her goal of getting under 50 minutes for the upcoming 10km at Run Melbourne! Some of this advice will be presented to Amelia in the coming videos through exercises and technique advice.  It is important to note that changes to running technique should be gradually introduced over a period of weeks and months to reduce the chance of injury occurring.
