Lisa became interested when her girls started gymnastics and she found massage therapy to help them with injury prevention. Lisha Mobbs

Lisha has completed her Advanced Diploma of Sports Therapy in 2017, at The Australian College of Sports Therapy. Having an Advanced Diploma of Sports Therapy allows Lisha to utilize advanced massage and exercise skills in providing an individual approach. Lisha has a focus on assessment, treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions affecting posture, function and mobility. During and after her studies, Lisha worked at various local sporting clubs as a Sports Trainer and massage therapist. Lisha also worked with the AFL women’s team, Collingwood for their first season. Lisha has a special interest in sports massage and enjoys assisting clients for their upcoming sporting events. Lisha also enjoys making a positive difference to individuals’ quality of life by getting them back to moving freely without pain. In her spare time Lisha participates in Crossfit and assists her local Crossfit box with treatments through various competitions across Australia. Available at Kew, Mount Waverley and Williamstown
