PhysioHealth at the 2015 Swimming World Champs

PhysioHealth's own Justin McEvoy is currently in Kazan, Russia helping to prepare the Aussie Swimmers to achieve further gold in the pool. Justin has been a regular on Australian Swim Teams since the Pan Pacific Championships in 2002 and is one of seven PhysioHealth physios who have travelled internationally with national teams during that period. Closer to home, our physios will be in attendance at the upcoming Swimming Victoria state short course Age and Open titles in September. Whether it is here or abroad, our physiotherapists are passionate about helping swimmers and coaches achieve personal best results . We work closely to communicate with athlete and coach to ensure our clients are well prepared for competition by being in a healthy and injury free state. Now, only a month from Victorian Age short course Championships, is the time to see your PhysioHealth physiotherapist or masseur to ensure that soreness from training loads is reduced and that optimum range of motion and muscle length needed for fast times can be achieved.
