2 weeks to go! Andy sits down with Mat from ETPA to go through some of the large race bricks that he has completed over the last few weeks and the main thing that Andy has been focusing on - practicing race day and pre-race nutrition. Andy's body has held up, a few niggles here and there but massage has helped straighten out a few of those. 13 days until race day - Mat give Andy some tips to reduce the anxiety and not getting caught up in the hype.
