Amelia’s 10km in 10 weeks – Week 7 – Running Session & Review
Amelia sits down with her personal trainer Greg Porter from Krunchies Health & Fitness to discuss her program for the next couple of weeks leading up to the Run Melbourne 10km run. Over the next 5 weeks the intervals will be stepping up and slowly reducing the recovery time frame. Incorporating sprint work into a training program is really important to increase the base of speed. Initially Amelia was focusing on her 5km run pace and now she is focusing on a 10km run pace. Amelia has a few tough training sessions coming her way over the next couple of weeks – Greg walks her through what she can expect!
